The restaurants that I will be going to are Mickey Mantle Steakhouse, India Palace and Edna’s. I will be writing about my eating experience at Mickey Mantle Steakhouse. The Steakhouse is located at No.7 Mickey Mantle Drive, Oklahoma City. Mickey Mantle is 5km from my hotel. This modern restaurant is located downtown in Oklahoma City.
For my entree I chose a divine, gourmet jumbo Shrimp Cocktail which had superb punchy pepper cocktail sauce. it was very appetizing and the flavours burst in my mouth.
For my main I chose a delicious, mouth-watering Chicken Florentine. It had an oven-baked chicken breast stuffed with sauteed spinach and mushrooms with a button mushroom cream sauce. The chicken inspired my taste buds.

My desert was amazing, wonderfully textured fresh berries with whipped cream sprinkled over the top. The luscious colours and the invigorating flavours melted in my mouth.
The restaurant’s menu was a la carte Menu. The food can be best described as having an American flair. This restaurant has won several awards such as wine award excellence 2012, Certificate of Excellence 2013 winner trip advisor, and the Michelin star award 2008.
Mickey Mantle Steakhouse not only had a family atmosphere but it also provided great nourishing meals. There was friendly service being very kind and helpful with all my requests.
The sensational menu offered a variety of options for both the meat lover, vegetarian and even gluten free dinners.
Overall I was impressed with Mickey Mantle Steakhouse food prices, the variety of the food, the quality of the food and the attentive floor staff. I would definitely recommend Mickey Mantle Steakhouse to everyone. The total cost for my dinner was a very affordable $71.88 (NZD).
